How to Get Started

Is your dog ready to come play with us in daycare? Then read below on how to get started!

First, please ensure your dog has the required vaccinations – ALL DOGS must have a copy of updated & current vaccination records.

REQUIRED RECORDS:
1. Rabies (rabies certificate after four months of age)
2. Bordetella
3. Distemper/Parvo Combo (often shown as DHPP on your dog’s medical records)

PLEASE NOTE, all dogs over six months old must be spayed for females. Males that are unneutered after 6 months, will be a case by case evaluation before they can attend daycare!

Second, please call to schedule your dog’s temperament test. All first-time clients to our daycare must SCHEDULE a temperament test before they can attend daycare. (we cannot accommodate walk-ins for this process). Call us at 716-805-7996 to schedule.

On the day you arrive for your dog’s temperament test, please bring:

• Your dog’s current vaccination records

• The Pet Assessment Forms and Waiver

About Our Temperament Tests: A temperament test takes about 15-20 minutes. During this time, we are simply getting to know your dog and introducing them to a few playful members of our daycare.  This evaluation helps us to get a feel for your dog’s personality. It also helps your dog to truly acclimate to their new environment, and gives us the opportunity to determine whether or not they are a good fit for our daycare.

After your dog passes the temperament test, their first half day of daycare is completely FREE! (up to 5 hours)
